1、安装时注意事项
1. Precautions during installation
a、要十分注意避免安装中所产生的安装偏差
a. Great attention should be paid to avoid installation deviation during installation
（1）上紧压盖应在联轴器找正后进行，螺栓应均匀上支，防止压盖端面偏斜，用塞尺检查各点，其误差不大于0.05毫米。
(1) Tightening the gland should be carried out after the coupling is aligned. The bolts should be supported evenly to prevent the gland end face from skewing. Check each point with a feeler gauge, and the error is not more than 0.05mm.
（2）检查压盖与轴或轴套外径的配合间隙（即同心度），四周要均匀，用塞尺检查各点允差不大于0.01毫米。
(2) Check the fit clearance (i.e. concentricity) between the gland and the shaft or shaft sleeve outer diameter, which should be even around. Check each point with a feeler gauge, and the tolerance should not be greater than 0.01mm.
b、弹簧压缩量要按规定进行，不允许有过大或过小现象，要求误差2.00毫米。过大会增加端面比压，另速端面磨损。过小会造成比压不足而不能起到密封作用。
b. The amount of spring compression should be carried out according to the regulations. It is not allowed to have too large or too small phenomenon. The required error is 2.00 mm. If it is too large, the specific pressure of the end face will be increased, and the end face will be worn at another speed. If it is too small, the specific pressure will not be enough to play a sealing role.
c、动环安装后髯保证能在轴上灵活移动，将动环压向弹簧后应能自动弹回来。
c. After the movable ring is installed, the beard shall be able to move flexibly on the shaft, and it shall automatically spring back after pressing the moving ring to the spring.
2、拆卸时注意事项

a、在拆卸机械密封时要仔细，严禁动用手锤和扁铲，以免损坏密封元件。可做一对钢丝勾子，在对自负盈亏方向伸入传动座缺口处，将密封装置拉出。如果结垢拆卸不下时，应清洗干净后再进行拆卸。
a. When disassembling the mechanical seal, it is strictly forbidden to use the hand hammer and flat shovel to avoid damaging the sealing elements. A pair of steel wire hooks can be made to extend into the gap of transmission seat in the direction of self financing profit and loss, and pull out the sealing device. If the scale can not be removed, it should be cleaned before disassembly.
b、如果在泵两端都用机械密封时，在装配，拆卸过程中互相照顾，防止顾此失彼。
b. If mechanical seals are used at both ends of the pump, take care of each other in the process of assembly and disassembly, so as to prevent one from losing the other.
c、对运行过的机械密封，凡有压盖松动使密封发生移动的情况，则动静环零件必须更换，不应重新上紧继续使用。因为在之样楹动后，摩擦副原来运转轨迹会发生变动，接触面的密封性就很容易遭到破坏。
c. For the mechanical seal that has been operated, if the gland is loose and the seal moves, the dynamic and static ring parts must be replaced and shall not be tightened again for further use. Because in this way, the original running track of the friction pair will change, and the sealing of the contact surface is easy to be damaged.
