| 内流式和外流式机械密封 Internal and external mechanical seals 密封流体在密封端面间的泄漏方向与离心力方向相反的机械密封称为内流式机械密封;密封流体在密封端面间的泄漏方向与离心力方向相同的机械密封称为外流式机械密封。 The mechanical seal with the leakage direction of sealing fluid between seal faces opposite to centrifugal force is called internal flow mechanical seal; the mechanical seal with the same leakage direction of sealing fluid between seal faces and centrifugal force is called external flow mechanical seal. 由于内流式密封中离心力不仅能阻止泄漏流体，而且还可以防止固体颗粒进入密封面间，故其泄漏量要比外流式小些。通常内流式机械密封适用于高压，而外流式机械密封的最高压力为1~2MPa。 Because the centrifugal force can not only prevent the leakage of fluid, but also prevent the solid particles from entering the sealing surface, the leakage of internal flow seal is smaller than that of external flow seal. Generally, internal flow mechanical seal is suitable for high pressure, while the maximum pressure of external flow mechanical seal is 1 ~ 2MPa. |
