机械密封的安装与使用要求

Installation and use requirements of mechanical seals

1、机械密封对机器精度的要求(以泵用机械密封为例)

1, mechanical seal requirements for machine accuracy (taking mechanical seal for pump) as an example.

(1)安装机械密封部位的轴(或轴套)的径向跳动公差最大不超过0.04～0.06MM。

(1) the maximum radial runout tolerance of shaft (or sleeve) with mechanical seal is not greater than 0.04 ~ 0.06MM.

(2)转子轴向窜动不超过0.3MM。

(2) the axial movement of the rotor does not exceed 0.3MM.

(3)密封腔体与密封端盖结合的定位端面对轴(或轴套)表面的跳动公差最大不超过0.04～0.06MM。

(3) The maximum runout tolerance of the positioning end face of the sealing cavity combined with the sealing end cover to the surface of the shaft (or sleeve) is not more than 0.04-0.06MM.

安装方法随机械密封型式、机液压钢坝器的种类不同而有所不同，但其安装要领几乎都相同，安装步骤和注意事项如下：

(1)安装尺寸的确定

安装时，应按产品的使用说明书或样本，保证机械密封的安装尺寸。
