机械密封的安装与使用要求

Requirements for installation and use of mechanical seals

1、机械密封对机器精度的要求(以泵用机械密封为例)

(1)安装机械密封部位的轴(或轴套)的径向跳动公差最大不超过0.04～0.06MM。

(1) the maximum radial runout tolerance of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) that is installed in the mechanical seal is not more than 0.04 to 0.06MM.

(2)转子轴向窜动不超过0.3MM。

(3)密封腔体与密封端盖结合的定位端面对轴(或轴套)表面的跳动公差最大不超过0.04～0.06MM。

(3) the maximum runout tolerance on the surface of the shaft (or shaft sleeve) is not more than 0.04 ~ 0.06MM when the sealing cavity is combined with the seal end cover.

安装方法随机械密封型式、机器的种类不同而有所不同，但其安装要领几乎都相同，安装步骤和注意事项如下：

The installation method varies with the type of mechanical seal and the type of the machine, but its installation essentials are almost the same. The installation steps and matters of attention are as follows:

(1)安装尺寸的确定

(1) determination of the size of the installation

安装时，应按产品的使用说明书或样本，保证机械密封的安装尺寸。

During installation, the installation dimensions of mechanical seals should be ensured according to the instructions or samples of the products.

(2)装入前，轴(轴套)、压盖应无毛刺，轴承状况良好;密封件、轴、密封腔、压盖都应该清洗干净。为减少摩擦阻力，轴上安装机械密封的部位要薄薄地涂上一层油，以进行润滑，考虑到橡胶O形圈的相溶性，若不宜用油，可涂肥皂水。浮装式静环不带防转销的结构，不宜涂油，应干式装入压盖。泡沫泵

(3)先将静环与压盖一起装在轴上，注意不要与轴相碰，然后将动环组件装入。弹簧座或传动座的紧定螺钉应分几次均匀拧紧。
