机械密封件产生泄露的分类

机械密封件泄漏所发生的部位是相当广泛的,几乎涉及所有的流体输送与储存的物体上。泄漏的形式及种类也是多种多样的。首先介绍泄漏形式的分类方式:
The location of the leakage of mechanical seals is quite extensive. It involves almost all the fluids that are transported and stored. The forms and types of leaks are also varied. First, the classification methods of leakage form are introduced.
1.按泄漏的机理分类
1. classification according to the mechanism of leakage
(1)界面泄漏:在密封件(垫片、填料)表面和与其接触件的表面之间产生的一种泄漏。如法兰与垫片之间、填料与轴或填料箱之间的泄漏。
(1) interface leakage: a leakage occurred between the surface of the seal (gasket, filler) and the surface of the contact piece. Such as leakage between flange and gasket, packing and shaft or packing box.
(2)渗透泄漏:介质通过密封件(垫片、填料)本体毛细管渗透出来,这种泄漏发生在致密性较差的植物纤维、动物纤维和化学纤维等材料制成的密封件上。
(2) permeation leakage: the medium is permeated through the capillaries of the sealing parts (Gaskets and fillers), which occur on the seals made of less dense plant fibers, animal fibers and chemical fibers.
(3)破坏性泄漏:密封件由于急剧磨损、变形、变质、失效等因素,使泄漏间隙增大而造成的一种危险陛泄漏。
(3) destructive leakage: a dangerous leakage caused by the rapid wear, deformation, deterioration and failure of seals due to the increase of leakage clearance.
2.按泄漏量分类
2. classification by leakage
液体介质泄漏分为五级
The leakage of liquid medium is divided into five stages
(1)无泄漏:检测不出泄漏为准。
(1) no leakage: no leakage is detected.
(2)渗漏:一种轻微泄漏。表面有明显的介质渗漏痕迹,像渗出的汗水一样。擦掉痕
(2) leakage: a slight leakage. The surface has obvious leakage of media, like sweat. Wipe off the mark
迹,几分钟后又出现渗漏痕迹。
Trace, after a few minutes, there is a trace of leakage.
(3)滴漏:介质泄漏成水球状,缓慢地流下或滴下,擦掉痕迹,5min内再现水球状渗漏者为滴漏。
(3) dripping leak: the medium leaks into water globule, slowly flows down or drips, and traces away, and the leakage of water ball in 5min is leaking.
(4)重漏:介质泄漏较重,连续成水珠状流下或滴下,但未达到流淌程度。
(4) heavy leakage: the medium leakage is heavy, and it falls into or drips continuously, but it doesn't reach the level of flow.
(5)流淌:介质泄漏严重,介质喷涌不断,成线状流淌。
(5) flow: the medium leakage is serious, and the medium is constantly spewing, and it flows like a thread.
气态介质泄漏分为四级
The leakage of gaseous medium is divided into four stages
(1)无泄漏:用小纸条或纤维检查为静止状态,用肥皂水检查无气泡者。
(1) no leakage: check with small slips or fibers for rest. Check bubbles free with soap and water.
(2)渗漏:用小纸条检查微微飘动,用肥皂水检查有气泡,用湿的石蕊试纸检验有变色痕迹,有色气态介质可见淡色烟气。
(2) leakage: use small strips to check slightly, use soapy water to check bubbles, use wet litmus test paper to test discoloration marks, colored gaseous medium can see light fume.
(3)泄漏:用小纸条检查时飞舞,用肥皂水检查气泡成串,用湿的石蕊试纸测试马上变色,有色气体明显可见者。
(3) leakage: flying with a small slip of paper, check bubbles with soap and water, and use wet litmus test paper to test instantly discolouration and color gases.
(4)重漏:泄漏气体产生噪声,可听见。
(4) heavy leakage: noise generated by leakage gas can be heard.
3.按泄漏的时间分类
3. classification according to the time of leakage
(1)经常性泄漏:从安装运行或使用开始就发生的一种泄漏。主要是施工质量或是安装和维修质量不佳等原因造成。
(1) frequent leakage: a leak occurred at the beginning of installation, operation or use. It is mainly caused by construction quality or poor quality of installation and maintenance.
(2)间歇性泄漏:运转或使用一段时间后才发生的泄漏,时漏时停。这种泄漏是由于操作不稳,介质本身的变化,地下水位的高低,外界气温的变化等因素所致。
(2) intermittent leakage: leakage occurred before operation or after a period of time, when stop. The leakage is due to the unstable operation, the change of the medium itself, the level of groundwater and the change of external temperature.
(3)突发性泄漏:突然产生的泄漏。这种泄漏是由于误操作、超压超温所致,也与疲劳破损、腐蚀和冲蚀等因素有关。这是一种危害性很大的泄漏。
(3) sudden leakage: a sudden leakage. The leakage is caused by misoperation and overpressure, and is also related to fatigue damage, corrosion and erosion. This is a kind of dangerous leakage.
